About Us

PT Trubo Engineering was established in 30 August 2004. The name TRUBO (short term for Truck Body Components) was derived from its main objective of producing truck body components.

Our first product was hydraulic cylinders to supply to truck body makers in Indonesia, especially for dump truck application and overtime, we develop special cylinders and hydraulic attachments to compliment our hydraulic cylinders to meet the customer requirements.

Apart from manufacturing hydraulic cylinders and attachments, we are distributor for high quality products such as Articulating Truck Mounted Cranes, Telescopic Truck Mounted Cranes, Aerial Platforms, Vacuum Pumps, PTO and Hydraulic Pumps, Hydraulic Powered Units and many others for the Indonesian market.

Location

PT Trubo Engineering is standing on an area of 9400m²  located in Jalan Pangkalan V Km. 0.5 Bantargebang, Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia. The location is 30 Km Southeast of Jakarta City, and 60 Km away from Jakarta International Airport (Soekarno-Hatta).

Production Process and Facilities

Strict quality control is implemented on every production stage, from raw material of the process right through the finished product.

CNC processing to ensure product consistency and quality.

Welding jigs and fixtures are implemented throughout the production process to maintain consistency and quality.

Every single hydraulic is tested on a testing bench for external and internal leakage using high pressure piston pumps. Each product that we produce have an identity number for reffecence.
